Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are a very important part of the economy of any country. In order to cope with the dynamic market conditions, they need to adopt Information Technology (IT) solutions like enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Mr. Amitav Natarajan, the Managing Director of Anika Fragrances Pvt. Ltd., an SME, is faced with the question of whether to implement ERP on-premise or on the cloud.
