Abstract

The Indian startup ecosystem has grown rapidly, drawing global recognition for its innovation and economic effects. This article examines Rajasthani startup’s financial, marketing, human resource, establishing, and technology problems. This study examines startup ecosystem difficulties using 32 characteristics under eight headings on a five-point Likert scale using surveys and case studies. This research sheds light on startup challenges at different stages. This study is crucial for informed policy decisions and targeted startup support, ensuring the sustained growth of the startup ecosystem. Policymakers, incubators, and support organizations may help businesses improve financial literacy, marketing education, and HR management by tackling the listed obstacles. This study’s conclusions are crucial to Rajasthan’s entrepreneurial growth, economic development, and innovation. Policymakers, incubators, and support groups must emphasize five essential areas to foster a dynamic startup scene in Rajasthan and maximize entrepreneurial potential. This study benefits startups and the state’s economy.
