Abstract
It is true that bartenders play a key role with respect
to the Bar operations. However, mostly bartenders
themselves face lot of challenges, especially with
regard to the customer demands and work pressure
during peak hours. This study used a survey and
a questionnaire method to assess the challenges
of bartenders working in various pubs, bars and
nightclubs. The study further focuses on what key
measures can be taken to overcome the challenges
faced by the bartenders.
