Abstract

The study examines the variables influencing the market dynamics and customer preferences to determine what makes handmade, high-quality bread popular. The study finds that the main factors are changing tastes, growing disposable money, and health consciousness. It draws attention to the Pune artisan bread market’s growth as well as the adoption of direct-to-consumer sales techniques. The report notes obstacles including growing competition, sustaining artisanal quality of products, availability of raw materials, and consumer awareness. The study concludes that artisan bakeries may profit significantly from the expanding market for artisan bread in Pune by understanding these patterns and resolving the obstacles.
