Abstract

The health food means “Food which nourishes the human body in its growth and maintenance with up keeping the healthy status.” In today’s times in a city like Pune it is but obvious that people are facing certain health issue it could be an intolerance, a deficiency, an excess of harmful substances or a disorder which requires daily monitoring of food intake which leads to plan the food which could result in healthy status of the body. The health food industry in Pune is thoroughly examined in this project report, with an emphasis on important factors such as customer behavior, competitive strategies, market dynamics, and legal requirements.
