Abstract
Today, the tremendous growth of mobile apps enable the users to make the best use of their mobile phones. According to huge availability of apps, retrieval of apps and app recommendation become important, since users can easily use them to acquire their desired apps. For obtaining high-quality of retrieval and recommendation results, it is necessary to obtain an app recommender system. The aim of Recommender Systems is to suggest useful items to users. The Existing researchers have mostly explored all the methods of recommendation system relying on Collaborative Filtering Recommendation Systems, Content-Based Recommendation Systems, Utility based Recommendation Systems, Hybrid Recommendation Systems Knowledge based Recommendation Systems and Demographic based Recommendation Systems. The objective to survey the major techniques of recommendation system is to give an overview of the advancement of technologies related to mobile app recommendation systems and a more definite depiction of the tested confronted.
