Abstract
Sensor networks are dense wireless networks of low-cost sensors that collect and disseminate environmental data. Wireless sensor networks facilitate monitoring and control of physical environments from remote locations with improved accuracy. They have applications in a variety of fields such as environmental monitoring, military purposes and gathering information collection in inhospitable places.
The sensor nodes have different energy and calculation constraints due to their economic nature and their ad hoc distribution method. Considerable research has been focused on overcoming these shortcomings through routing, localization algorithms and the design of more energy efficient systems. Our survey seeks to provide an overview of these problems as well as solutions proposed in recent research literature.
The nodes in the mobile networks Adhoc (MANET) have a limited battery. This is why the routing of energy efficiency has become an important optimization criterion in the MANET. The algorithm detects that the transmission energy between the nodes in relation to the distance and the performance of the algorithm is analyzed between two parameters.
