Abstract
The main aim of the study is to investigate the
Employee’s Engagement and its impact on Job Satisfaction
of employees working in Veera Home Tex (India) private
limited. The Descriptive Research design has been used in
this study to identify the various dimensions of Employee
Engagement within the organization. Data for the study
has been collected by using Interview Schedule. The sample
size is 110, and the tools used for this study is percentage
analysis and ANOVA. The findings of the study is that the
majority of the employees have given their opinion that
they are highly satisfied with the level of respect they get
in the organization, salary paid to them, job security, work
environment and feedback given by the superiors. It was
also found that there is a relationship between gender and
Job Security.
