Abstract
Business tourism has become an important economic sector in many parts of the world, and many regions, states, and local areas have identified expenditures by business tourists as a potential source of economic growth. Because their spending can contribute to the local economy, many communities seek to enhance business tourism and business tourists-oriented activities. A wide variety of parties are interested for economic impact estimation of business tourism. The current research identifies key considerations and issues that affect and are serious to reliable estimates of the economic impacts of business events and business tourism.
