Abstract
Over the last two decades the catering industry has dramatically changed at global and India is no exception in this context. However, the magnitude of change has varied from country to country. In fact, what ever the changes may be they have profound impact of the growth and development of this youngest industry. In this industry point of view, the author discussed major changes in the catering industry and pointed out their impact on the future growth of the industry.
