Abstract
The increasing vogue for the use of e-books as a good standing and more strongly their prominent role in our cognitive development is really commendable. Sequential studies show that e-books have become an indispensable part of the academic world and a determining factor in the field of publishing. It is also worth mentioning that current students in colleges and universities, who are usually described as digital natives, are gradually realizing the worth of this boon and enthusiastically embracing this technology. But the currently-available researches suggest that the situation may not be as obvious. The present study focuses on the investigation of the growing acquaintance and use of e-books among the students of Sciences at Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra.
