Abstract
This empirical study examined
differences in perceptions regarding
employee relations climate
and organizational commitment
among three groups: unionized
category, contract workers and
white collar employees. Results
indicate that unionized employees
generally had positive attitudes
towards employee relations climate
and organizational commitment.
