Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between pay for performance, turnover intention and employee engagement with the social exchange theory. Structured questionnaire was used to get the data from 271 employees. The findings exhibit that pay for performance is positively related to turnover intention and employee engagement.
