The purpose of the present study
is to advance the literature on
thriving by examining its influence
on innovation in organizations.
The study posits positive
linkage between employee thriving
and innovative behavior at
workplace. The authors adopted
the survey method to test the hypotheses.
Data was collected from
a sample of 223 employees working
in service sector. As hypothesized,

experience of thriving at work
leads to employees engaging in
innovative work behavior. The
results also suggest that amongst
