Abstract
The present study has been
made to assess the nature and causes of
disputes in the public and private
enterprises in Kerala. The assessment
has been made on the basis of some
well-defined variables, viz. causes of
disputes, type of strikes, percentage of
successful strikes, reasons for the
success and failure of strikes.
