Abstract

This study examined how leadership, organizational culture, and green human resource management (HRM) practices contribute to fostering sustainable behavior. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study collected both quantitative and qualitative data from across diverse industries, focusing on organizations with established sustainability credentials. Statistical analysis and thematic coding reveal significant correlations between OB principles, particularly transformational and ethical leadership styles, sustainability-oriented cultures, and green HRM practices and pro-envi ronmental behavior(PEB) among employees. The results indicate that OB principles play a vital role in aligning organizational operations with sustainability goals.
