Abstract

The yearning desire for a more sustainable theory to understand HRM elicits the drive for the present study. HRM theories available now are limited, restrictive, and deal with a segment of HRM rather than the totality of HRM issues. Perpetual excellence theory (PET) is a holistic multipurpose architecture. The study adopted a probability random sampling technique (RST) to increase the sample size to 300 with a selection pattern of 100 each from manufacturing, banking, and insurance. The data acknowledged that a significant link between human capital and the PET exists, and the nexus is very strong and considerable. Similarly, there was a strong nexus between human resource transformation and organizational profitability.
