Abstract
In this bibliometric study, the authors present the trends in workplace spirituality (WPS) literature in the last 25 years. A total of 321 articles published from 1996 to 2021 from the Scopus database were utilized. VOS viewer software was used to construct trends and scientific maps to establish how research has evolved in the WPS domain. Bibliographic indicators such as prominent authors, country of origin, publication year, most publishing journal, and research area were criteria of analysis. Journal of Management Religion and Spirituality has published the highest percentage of WPS articles (18.38 percent). The United States of America (USA) was the most productive country in producing research related to WPS, and L.W. Fry’s work was the most cited study to date.
