Abstract

Education is a necessary facet to be more skilled and knowledgeable in human development and quality life. This article is based on a survey conducted to investigate old versus new education system at MDSD College, Ambala City. It came to light that frame of mind towards education and academic achievement has a good impact among students of MDSD College. Maximum students feel that New Education is more user-friendly; provides deeper understanding of subjects and encourages a more comprehensive learning experience. It provides quality education, including multidisciplinary, holistic education and encourages them more for extracurricular activities, the aim of all round development of students. Further, it is found on the basis of responses that MDSD College students have a positive and right attitude towards education which is a very good sign for college to both short-term learning goals and long-term character-building.
