Organizational culture is recognized as an important tool in controlling and coordinating the activities of organizational members (e.g., executives, managers and employees), facilitating communication among them and providing incentives for them to act in ways which the leaders of the organization consider necessary to achieve and sustain organizational effectiveness and comply with the requirements and expectations of the organization’s external environment.
