Abstract
VANET are transpiring as a new encouraging field of wireless tools that aims out an intelligent transportation system for the public safety and road topology. The basic design of VANET comprises vehicles or nodes, an active communication network and base station or Roads Side Unit (RSU). There are mainly four kinds of communications schemes are extensively used in VANETs. Inter vehicular communication, V2V, V2B and V2I. In this paper first cluster of vehicle create to show V2V communication, Deploy centralize authentication, a hash value create applying license number and city code and find Vehicle is valid or vehicle is invalid and then finally Send warning message to RSU and RSU alert all vehicles for new entry, here hash value store using steganography.
