Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the relationship of 3PL service providers with upstream and downstream supply chain partners. This study of relational factors explains the supply chain (SC) relationship in Indian Third Party Logistics (3PL) Industry and explores the factors affecting Relationship Management (RM) between 3PL service providers and their partners. Through this study the researcher has made an attempt to fill in the gap in the literature by providing an insight on the business performance measurement and management of logistics outsourcing.
