Click Here:Access Full TextThis study examines the determinants of housing prices for single family homes in Cumming, Georgia, USA. Cumming is located with Forsyth County, one of the fastest-growing suburban areas in the United States. Results of the regression analysis indicate that the numbers of bathrooms, square footage, and school zoning are all statistically significant predictors of the price of a single-family home.
