Abstract
The current world economy under the background of internationalization, enterprises need to take the initiative to seek further development to accelerate the process of growing the international competitiveness of its own, and in which the government plays a very important role, such as “The Belt and Road” “going out” policy. Based on the RCA index, this paper analyzes the international competitiveness of the Chinese and German auto parts industry in the diamond model, and discusses the role of the government in promoting the international competitiveness of the enterprises. A case study of BOSCH group and China Wanxiang Group helps us understand the role of the government.
