Abstract
The term Business Success has been conceptualized in many ways. It is related with achieving superior market share, business
equilibrium, and positive trend of earning profit. The main aim of this study is to examine and compare the factors influencing business success. It is comparative analysis between the demographic and HRM related factors. The present article is a survey based research. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed among employees of the garments industries. The data have been analyzed using SPSS software. One-way ANOVA test along with a model has been developed in order to show and test the relationship among demographic factors and HRM related factors and the business success in this study. The results revealed that individually there is a positive and strong significant influence of educational ability and experience of the employees (demographic factors), job definition, recruitment & selection, performance appraisal, career planning, participation, and compensation (HRM related factors) on businesses success.
