Abstract
Amongst the increasing availability of e-resources, guiding the users for accessing, storing, retrieval and use of information from the pool of knowledge becomes important for utilizing the e-resources properly. E-publishing is providing huge database to the users and hence there remains the possibility of users getting confused or overloaded with information. The present article is an attempt to gain insights into the way libraries are helping and guiding the users beyond making the e-resources available. The scope of study is the Central Libraries at Delhi University, New Delhi and Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
