Abstract
Organizational support is a trust of a employee on organization that it will value assisting employees in performing their job as well as cares about its welfare. Research believes staff can teach effectively in an environment where there is Organizational Support. Further Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is defined as “Employees who possess works beyond their normal work in the organization. Accordingly the study is vital to examine the temperance of Organizational Support lying on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teaching Effectiveness. The research is conducted among engineering college faculties of Andhra Pradesh. The study follows probabilistic, multi stage sampling method. The study has distributed structured questionnaire to collect primary data. The study has observed that, there is no significant moderation effect of Organizational Support.
