Abstract
This paper identifies the critical success
factors for the textile sector, one of the
most significant parts of the manufacturing
industry, to attain sustainability
post COVID-19 pandemic and the potential
critical success factors from it.
The paper employs techniques like expert
opinion, content analysis and SWOT
analysis. The ISM-MICMAC approach
is used to evaluate the inter-relation between
the factors and compute personalized
weights that enable to prioritize
the critical success factors. The findings
reveal that coordination among government-
local authorities-health care centers
is the key critical success factor
with the highest driving and the least
dependence power. Personnel hygiene
awareness, workforce scheduling, and
shop floor hygiene norms are the most
dependent critical success factors.
