Abstract
The aim of this study is to provide a logical and profound relation in order to develop an e-learning prototype using Learning Content Management System(LCMS) and application of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Its immediate need is to improve performance and effectiveness of an e-learning management system. It will also help in making the online educational systems more consistent in perspective of quality and effectiveness.
