Abstract
Secure Pay is a next-generation mobile and web-based payment system designed to simplify transactions while providing robust security, transparency, and convenience for users and system administrators. With the rapid growth of cashless economies, financial fraud, and inefficient transaction processes, there is a pressing need for secure, automated, and reliable payment platforms. Secure Pay addresses these challenges by integrating a digital wallet, real-time balance management, encrypted QR-code-based payment authentication, and modular client-server architecture powered by React, Node.js, and MongoDB. The system enables users to register, recharge their wallets, track their transaction histories, and authenticate payments seamlessly. Meanwhile, administrators can monitor users, analyse financial records, and maintain operational efficiency using centralized dashboards. By eliminating cash dependency, ensuring transparent digital transactions, and providing secure access, Secure Pay significantly enhances user experience and system reliability. The testing and validation results demonstrate that Secure Pay performs with high accuracy, reliability, and scalability while meeting essential financial security requirements. Overall, Secure Pay is a step toward developing a sustainable and secure digital financial infrastructure aligned with smart technology adoption.
