Abstract
This research analyses the influence of visitor awareness, experience preferences, and infrastructure quality on participation and satisfaction in Agri-tourism activities in Agri-tourism in Pune region, with the intent of understanding what factors are most influential for sustaining Agri-tourism development. The study applied a systematic framework that analysed the interdependencies of visitor awareness, preferences, and supportive infrastructure, which trustful attention contributed to the observability of infrastructure and support of the respondents. The findings indicated high awareness levels, fundamentally motivated participation, as did infrastructure quality, regarding satisfaction. Some of the other experiential dimensions, like cultural or culinary activities, had a very low impact on satisfaction level. Given these results, the infrastructure development focus, actively increasing accessibility guides, tour aids, and advertisement awareness, coupled with appropriate tellable marketing disclosures, were ideal for the sustainable
development of Agri-tourism.
