Abstract
Supplier tale reduction is a process to control over the spend. This is one of the major process of vendor management. The tale spend refers to an organisations spend that forms the lower and niche areas of spend that is typically unaddressed due to the insignificant nature of spend. Usually direct/indirect spend categories or low-value products that require a large number of suppliers form the tale spend of the company.
