Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affect the optimum use and utilization of internet by research scholars at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. The study mainly focused on the preferred information sources and methods to access for internet. The study describes about frequency, purpose, problems in brief. The objectives, scope, research methodology of the study are clearly expanded. To conduct this study the researchers prepared a well structured questionnaire as a tool for data collection and same responses were subjected to mathematical and statistical analysis.
