Abstract
This study was designed to investigate the immediate effects of mobile phone radiation (GSM, 900 MHz) on Human resting EEG. 15 normal healthy subjects were participated in this study. Subjects of were exposed to mobile phone radiation for 20 minute. Before and after exposure EEG was recorded in eye close state for 5 minute. Power spectrum analysis was performed. Results were compared with ‘t’ test. Analysis of results showed mobile phone radiation can enhance the power of fast alpha frequency. These changes were statistically significant at (T4 and P4). Conclusion of study is the mobile phone radiation may modify EEG frequencies.
