Abstract
Available studies insufficiently
explain the relationship between
work passion, well-being, organizational
citizenship behavior
and cynicism among the
“millennials”. This study tests a
model on the role of work passion
in turnover and explores
potentially mediating variables
like psychological well-being,
cynicism, turnover intention and
organizational citizenship behavior.
The results show a prolonged
influence of passion on
turnover intention. Path analysis
revealed that both psychological
well-being and organizational
citizenship behavior variables
show full mediation between
harmonious passion and
cynicism.
